Privacy matters for us. This page explains our approach to privacy on our website and how it affects you.

The terms processor, sub-processor, personal data and data protection authority are to be intended as defined in the GDPR regulation itself.

is the Italian law on data protections, in particular the D.Lgs. 30/6/2003 n. 196.

3. Objective of the data processor

Part of this site can also track your visit, to count the number of unique visits to our site. However this data is anonymized and aggregated and does not allow us to identify you. This data is therefore to be considered pseudonymized or anonyomous.

Some parts of this site may collect, during the course of their normal behavior, some data, whose transmission is implicit in the Internet protocols' behavior. This data is not directly related to you, as an individual, and does not allow us to identify you. This data is therefore to be considered pseudonymized or anonymous.

Even if currently we do not have means of collecting individual information about you, your personal data, if collected (like for example through a form) may be processed without your explicit consent (art. 24 a), b), c) of italian law "Codice Privacy" and art. 6, b) and e) of the GDPR), to:

  • conclude contracts with you for the Owner's services.
  • adhere to contract and/or legal or fiscal obligations for active contracts with you.
  • fulfill legal authorities' requests
  • carry out Owner's right, like, as an example, but not limited to, legal defense.

In all other cases, your personal data will be processed only with your explicit consent (art. 23 and 130 of italian "Codide Privacy" law and art. 7 of the GDPR), like, as an example, to send you commercial information or for surveys on your satisfaction for Owner's products and/or services.

4. How we process your personal data, if any

The processing of your personal data is performed with the operations details in:

  • art. 4 "Codice Privacy"
  • art. 4 "GDPR", paragraph 2

The processing of your personal data is performed by the Owner or the individuals designated by the Owner for the minimum amount of time necessary to fulfill what detailed in the paragraph 3 of the present privacy policy.

5. To who and when we share your personal data

Personal data of the users may be shared with individuals involved in the web site management or external third parties (technical service suppliers, hosting providers) only for what's strictly necessary for the execution of their operations. They are required to handle the data with the same objectives as those indicated in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Personal data may be transferred abroad to fulfill what detailed in the paragraph 3 of the present privacy policy.

Your personal data is never subject to dissemination.

Your personal data may be shared by the Owner without your explicit consent - art. 24, b) of "Codice Privacy" or art. 6, paragraph b) and c) of the GDPR - to those subjects to which the communication is needed to fulfill a legal duty. These subjects will process your personal data as autonomous owners and/or data processors.

6. What if you refuse to let us process your personal data?

In case you are not willing to let the Owner process your personal data, we will not be able to provide you our services and/or products.

7. Security of your personal data

Your personal data are stored by the Owner on it's systems and/or paper archives, with the application of all the adequate security measures in order to protect and to reduce to a minimum the risks of unauthorized access, unwanted modification, deletion, diffusion and/or processing outside of the purpose detailed in the paragraph 3 of the present document.

8. Your rights

Following what expressed in the art. 7 "Codice Privacy", and art. 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • get confirmation of the existence of your personal data and obtain it in an intelligible form
  • get to know where the data came from, for what purpose it is processed and how it is processed and the logic behind the processing procedure
  • of the details of the Owner of your personal data
  • to who and when we share your personal data with
  • to update, change, correct or delete your personal data
  • to the portability of your data
  • to oppose completely or in part to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons

In some cases, like for example in case of defense in trial or to fulfill legal obligations, the Owner may oppose to the deletion of your personal data.
